Enspyire Consulting, LLC, a Certified CMMI ML3 DEV and PMI company, has been serving clients for over 20 years within the Private and Public Sector spanning across multiple industries. In 2013, we rebranded, as part of our strategic plan to serve more companies and especially those entering entrepreneurship. We recognized that more companies required education and mentorship to ensure continual growth through strategy.
The journey through entrepreneurship and being a business owner is not an easy road. Like you, there was a constant quest for knowledge and wondering why it was not easy to find the nuggets needed to take the business to the next level. It was like a jigsaw puzzle. Thus, I began to focus on the what and how to achieve growth and capture my ideal client. What I discovered was that there was not a platform for me to learn growth strategies at this stage in business; thus, began the quest to teach others how to win business and be strategic thinkers from starting a business to winning a contract. I believe that it is important to develop a foundational understanding of growth strategies so that it is easy to pivot at any stage during your business journey to include personal growth.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Ms. Lisa Jones is the Founder and Principal of Enspyire Consulting, LLC. Ms. Jones earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Philosophy from Radford University, Masters in Program Management from George Washington University, M.B.A from University of Maryland and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Ms. Jones is a seasoned Senior Executive with a 20+ year track record leading Operations, Program Management, and Business Development functions within the Telecommunications, Government, Finance and Training industries. Comfortable with providing both strategic and tactical direction for complex, large-scale and high-valued projects and business ventures. Strong people management skills supervising large staffs of technical, project management, and operations professionals. Exceptional ability to establish consultative relationships with clients in complex organizations. Ms. Jones works with clients to provide executive guidance, strategic and business planning, business development, capture management and proposal management services to facilitate their ability to capture market share within the commercial, federal, state and local government arena.
